Yes! We are part of the Strativentures family of investment focused companies. Strativentures provides education and implementation support for its investor members.

We were established in 2023 as an investment minded team to support the members of the Strativentures investment group. We aim to be the primary source of properties for Strativentures members. 

Our office is located in Houston, TX. Strativentures and its members are doing deals in other cities and states around the country. This team is tasked with providing deals in all localities where our members do business. This means that we are looking to stretch far and wide to support our member base. We need agents across the country to help!

Briefly, we offer training on how to work with investors and add this arm to your existing RE business as well as opportunities to learn to become an investor yourself! Once trained, we offer the opportunity to shop all your viable deals to our member base (over 3100+ members and counting!). Fish in a barrel!

Aside from the standard retail or commercial deals, our team is currently looking for opportunities in co-living, fix & flip, new construction and multi-family arenas.

Once trained, our agents are expected to understand how to provide industry-related data to our member base (i.e. CMA reports, emerging market and trend data, etc.) We also will be actively sourcing deals for the member base through personal marketing as well as brand awareness. 

StratiVentures, Inc opened its doors in May of 2012. Since that time we have been investing, training, partnering and helping over 3100 + SVI Members Nationally with real estate education and implementation.
